After beating the 8th gym prof juniper will give u master ball and take u 2 the terminal which takes u 2 victory road. after entering the terminal the lady behind the counter tells u of a strange storm on the route north of mistralton city. midway through that route is and old lady in a house with her family who invites u inside out of the storm and tells u of tornadus in Pokemon black or thundurus in Pokemon white. after leaving her house the Pokemon causing the storm confronts u before flying off and becoming a roaming Pokemon.
