Buy an action replay cartridge and then put it inside the Nintendo ds. When the screen in the ds appears take out the cartridge and then put your Pokemon cartridge. then the options will appear that 'get unlimited masterballs' select it and then you can get unlimited master balls.

Every day it will randomly generate a number and if any of your Pokémon have an ID that matches all five numbers, you will receive a Master Ball.
Alternatively, you can ask people to trade you more.
