You cannot. You can get essentially free money by trading regularly and setting up all marts in join avenue. Every time every one in your avenue is at level 10 you get half price items. Keep buying these for the 7 day offer, then after that, move in one more mart and raise its level to 10.
Then use the money to buy items.
Ps. Dream world balls replenish themselves, but only in the entralink
