To put Pokemon in the purifying chamber, you can do it through the PC or at the Pokemon Research Lab, but you can't purify Pokemon through the PC. You have to purify them at the Pokemon Research Lab.

∙ 12y agoAt Agate Village. With that Relic Rock. You will have some that are ready before you get there. This is also true for Pokemon X.D.
Also you don't need to battle to purify your Pokemon. All you need is to go to that town then get a cologne case. After that you need to buy some scents: Joy scent it purifies your Pokemon by a little bit, Excite scent it purifies your Pokemon by a little, and the last one is Vivid scent purifies it by a lot. But if you do this when your Pokemon is purified it won't level up.

you need to battle a trainer with shadow Pokemon, you will be able to "snag" it. it will only have one move and will not be able to level up until you have purified it. it will then learn moves. this is the only way to catch Pokemon in Pokemon colosseum.
