∙ 14y agoThey are found only in the Safari Zone. I have the best luck in the 3rd section (Not the one when you enter, and not the one to the right of where you enter, but the one after that).
When you find one, throw a rock at it. If it doesn't run away, you've increased your chances of catching it with a Safari Ball by approximately 80%. So throw one rock, then throw as many balls as you can until you either catch it or run away. If it runs away, don't worry, just keep walking around in the same area. I usually find 5-7 of them per trip when I'm trying to catch one.

∙ 13y agoWell...You can put the Pokemon you want to have max happiness first in your party so you can walk with it,then while you're walking you can talk to it and see it's mood. You can raise it to a high level,feed it Kelpsy berries or whatever kind of berry that makes it more friendly. Last thing I would know to do is take it on strolls in your Pokewalker if you have one. I did this with my Darkrai and now he adores me. =] Hope I helped out a little!
