How do you get your Pokemon at max happiness in soul silver?

1) Feed it vitamins such as zinc, carbos, and such. You can buy these items at Veilstone City, but they're usually very expensive.2) There's a lady in Veilstone City in a house that massages your Pokemon once a day.3) There's four ladies in the Resort Area in a huge building (you can't miss it) that also give your Pokemon massages. You need a Pokemon with 10 or more ribbons to get in, though.5) Level it up.6) Feed it Poffins.7) Use items such as potions on it (though don't use items that state it has a bitter taste).8) Have it hold the soothe bell.

They are found only in the Safari Zone. I have the best luck in the 3rd section (Not the one when you enter, and not the one to the right of where you enter, but the one after that).

When you find one, throw a rock at it. If it doesn't run away, you've increased your chances of catching it with a Safari Ball by approximately 80%. So throw one rock, then throw as many balls as you can until you either catch it or run away. If it runs away, don't worry, just keep walking around in the same area. I usually find 5-7 of them per trip when I'm trying to catch one.

Well...You can put the Pokemon you want to have max happiness first in your party so you can walk with it,then while you're walking you can talk to it and see it's mood. You can raise it to a high level,feed it Kelpsy berries or whatever kind of berry that makes it more friendly. Last thing I would know to do is take it on strolls in your Pokewalker if you have one. I did this with my Darkrai and now he adores me. =] Hope I helped out a little!
