All you have to do is just be very confident and calm. If you have a necklace that has either one of these on it-Fire,Water,Air,Earth,and Dark, you can do it very easily. Just focus all your energy and do not rush or get mad. Just think of any of the DBZ characters and just meditate any way you would like to. I seriously tried that and it really worked and believe me, it's awesome!
