Jaged pass just east of lavaridge town to make it easy use the acro bike. I would recomend haveing a ground type, water, and a fighting type.
You need to rid Team Magma/Team Aqua of Mt. Chimney, then you will have to go through Jagged Pass. Here you are able to use the Acro Bike. Then head west to Lavaridge Town. The gym Leader uses Fire-Types, so bring a Lv.30 or higher Marshtomp or Azumarill with a Water type move.
