Hi:If you mean up an octave just tongue a lot and blow harder!!!! (not all notes work this way for example low d middle d and high d).

To increase the pitch on the Clarinet, you should see a long, skinny key right above the hole where you put your thumb. If you press that skinny key (the register key) down while fingering a note, the pitch should get higher. It takes a while to get the high pitches to come out, so just keep practicing :)
