How do you know if there are good cards in a Yu-Gi-Oh booster pack?

Stated on the back of a booster pack will be the number of chances of getting a common, rare, etc. card in that booster pack series.
If you want to know what booster packs has the best cards for the kind of deck you want to build, check out the Yugioh Wikia (yugioh.wikia.com) and you can look at a list of every card in every booster pack.

you can find yugioh trading card game booster packs and starter decks at Wal-mart, meijer and any other grocery,toy etc. people on eBay also sell lot and lots of cards. the starter decks I would recommend a holder of the Egyptian gods) the Jaden deck, the Yugi deck(duh) and the Kaiba deck. "THE ONLY WAY"to get a holographic card in a yugioh booster pack is luck, because you never know what your going to get in the booster pack and it will NEVER tell you if there is a holographic/or Ghost rare yugioh card inside the booster pack, so it's pretty much you gambling to see if you will get a holographic yugioh card inside.

yugioh-online.net it has this yugioh game you can fight with other live people or npc you can fight people like Yusei, Jaden, Yugi , Jack you know what I mean. You can also get more cards by trading in yours or buying it so yeah its free but if you want more cards you got to buy booster packs or trade.

If you find a place that happens to sell any of these booster packs you can buy them. (Sorry, don't know my way around South Africa :P)

Getting an ultimate rare out of a booster pack is one tough thing. Even if you buy a hundred booster packs at a time and check all of them you might not even find one ultimate rare. The reason for this is that konami the creater of yugioh wants to make less expensive cards so that the ones already existing will be worth more. I have heard that only 10,000 rainbow dragons (secret rare) versions exist in the whole world. I know all this because I am an expert at yugioh and have played for almost 7 years.
