its easy, and you can level up to 100 with no effort. first obtain the acro bike. then fly to mauville city. deposit two Pokemon you want to level up in the daycare to the west. then head north to the desert. there is a mudslide thing that you cant climb with an acro bike. save your game, and before you go to sleep or school or whenever, get on the bike and try to go up the slide. use something to hold the up arrow down on your gameboy, and if you leave it like that every night you will have a level 100 Pokemon in no time. hope this helps!
