hm...well, the only option you have is to battle as many wild Pokemon and trainers as you can. You could put your Pokemon into the daycare, but that will give you only so many levels. Also, you could use all of your rare candies on the Pokemon you need to level up. Go to places with really high level wild Pokemon and trainers and you'll get tons of exp points (like the cave right before the elite four). If you're really desperate, trade your Pokemon with a friend's game and level it up there since the Pokemon will get twice the exp points since its a traded Pokemon. so it'll cut down on the time by twice.
