How do you make a Jeanette Chipette costumes?

No! first you get a pink dress and yellow ribbons. then you make your tanish hair in a high ponytail with a yellow rubber band. then you get light purple leggings and yellow legwarmers. then you get light pink flats. Make sure you eyes are blue!

First of all,you need a white t-shirt and a green skirt. Then you get a tie with light and dark stripes. You put your blond hair in two high pony tails with green rubber bands. Get long white socks and Mary Jane black shoes.
