Whoever wrote that previous comment is a noob. Anyway, there is a Action Replay code available on the net that enables you to bypass the limit at which a Pokemon will stop taking vitamins (e.g. zinc, protein, carbos etc). There is also a code that will allow you to have 999 of each vitamin in the game. The quickest route to achieve what you're after is to simply use an Action Replay code to make your stats 999.
Unfortunately there is no known method to tweak a Pokemon past the initial barrier to its set stat parameters. This irks me as much as it does you... and I believe they removed EVs at level 100 so that cannot be used to pump up your Pokemon either.
There is no such cheat code. This limit is built into the game and cannot be changed.
So far no one has found a glitch or cheat codes to get 999 rare candies or 999 masterballs, I say just get the action replay my freind got it and he had one sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss hell of a clean lvl 100 Pokemons with all stats at 999!
Upon feeding too many rare candys a pokemons stats wont grow as well as they possibly could. Its best to avoid this. you could die and you are in idoit dude Pokemon is not real

In Pokémon Victory Fire, the maximum stats code typically varies depending on the emulator being used. However, a common Action Replay code for fully maximizing a Pokémon's stats is usually something like "82023D50 000F" for HP, and similar codes for other stats. Keep in mind that using cheats can affect game stability, so use them at your own risk. Always refer to specific forums or guides for the most accurate and up-to-date codes for your version.
it depends sometimes you can get really strong pokemons with better stats
There is no such cheat code. This limit is built into the game and cannot be changed.
Highe level Pokemon obey yu, use HMs outside battle, increases to your pokemons stats and entry o the elite four.
Not really. Game wise they have poor stats and can only use hidden power. There are much better Pokemon out there.

YES YOU CAN BUT WITH NO STATS AND CODES!
Climb up mt.silver(use supercheat) battle red(ash) u should use pokemons level 88-100(don't use rare candies, they lower stats!) and use ground, water, ice, fire, and fighting type moves/pokemons with move.
14785251 26478902 thats for max stats
yes because they'll go straight to your poffin case and lose their effect just to raise your pokemons stats.
using a cheat code from a gameshark or action replay etc.. i believe they only have it as long as cheat is active though
Only if you have an action replay there are codes that max out stats etc.
