You can't make your Neopets look angry on your Userlookup. The only way for your Neopet to look angry is at the Battledome, or using a Mysterious Cape with Cowl. You can see what it makes your Neopet look like below.

By using the <center> tag. If that doesn't work completely, but does at all, try inputting more of it. It depends on how complicated your lookup is, but <center> should work. You may need to go through and delete tags that say anything like align=left/right

Generates Userlookups? I am really sorry, but there is NO SUCH THING (as I have posted time and time again - although no one really bothers to listen to me) as a USER LOOKUP GENERATOR!!!!! All the sites that put user lookups up to copy are run by PEOPLE who spend time coding these lookups themselves. No machine or computer makes a user lookup, you need to put in the effort. If you take the time to post a request on my Message Board (the WikiAnswers one), I will code your lookup for you when I get time.
