You need to get two evolutions of eevee(make sure one is male and the other is female) ,anyway i had a male Leafeon and a female Glaceon. What i did was put them in the day care centre in Solaceon town, and after a while they left an egg. make sure you have one empty slot in your party. Then take the egg off the day care man and keep walking around (ride your bike) and eventually the egg will hatch.
