you can use flash, or you could move it picture by picture in paint, then edit it in Windows Movie Maker, which I think is a better idea because it's a lot easier than paying 700 dolars for flash (even if there is a way to get it for free) because you probably have paint and windows movie maker on your computer. although if you have a mac you have to download those seperately.
