You can catch the Red Gyrados (obviously) at Lake Rage, besides that, it's luck of the draw. The chances are 1 in 8,192, even if you battle 8,192 pokemon, or hatch 8,192 eggs it still is not definite that you will come across one. They are very rare! If it makes you feel better though, I did catch a shiny Tangela at Mt. Silver.
get it by trade or look in rooms
You can't get a shinry starter, you have to look fo them
Train it to lvl 18 and then give it a shiny stone from the pokeshop to evolve it into a togekiss
You don't. If a Pokemon is shiny, it remains shiny forever. If it isn't shiny, it will never be.
well, the only and easiest way is to train a Pokemon that has super effective attacks to the poison type pokemons... well, but i destroy them with my shiny girantina and my shiny dialga...lol i used a lot of dragon breath, its pretty good and may paralyze hope it helped :) enzo... Pokemon indigo: enzothunder
You don't make them you look for them, a shiny Pokemon is a rare Pokemon that is a diffrent coler than it should be
theres a pokemon indigo?\!
you can only find a shiny like 1 out of 1356.73

you catch them like u catch normal Pokemon, shiny Pokemon just show up randomly, just like normal Pokemon
What do you mean how do you make a shiny Pokemon stay shiny if you get a shiny Pokemon it stays shiny ok!
Girafarig does not evolve in Pokemon Indigo.
Without using a GameShark or ActionReplay it is very difficult for the starter Pokemon to be shiny as it is all up to luck, about 1/9000 chance.
If you catch a shiny Pokemon, it will always be shiny. You cannot make a normal-colored Pokemon into a shiny Pokemon.
Train it to lvl 18 and then give it a shiny stone from the pokeshop to evolve it into a togekiss
No,I do not think you can make a Pokemon indigo by yourself.Maybe you should ask the people who made it.
