The truth is.... you can! the catch is you need 2 Pokemon gba games to do it. after you migrate from one of the games. (ruby)* then change you clock to one day ahead. put in your other game (leafgreen)* and select migrate Pokemon it will say. the internal clock has changed or you are trying to migrate on a different ds. just keep hitting yes. after that, put in the game you just migrated from. (ruby)* and you can migrate again. Hope I helped!

∙ 12y agofirst you have to have a game like emerald or leaf green in your gba part of the ds. then in your gba game put the Pokemon you want to migrate in your computer(probably your best Pokemon) then save and shut the game off(you might want to leave a bad Pokemon in your party to hold space so all good Pokemon can go to the computer)turn on diamon/pearl/platinum if you havnt berat the Pokemon league you cant do this go to pal park by goin to sandgem and Surfing then in pal park before you go in it will say pick the Pokemon you wamt to migrate (up to 6) and pick them ou in your computer you get one chance to get them all the certain types will be in different areas so get your HMS out like surf find the 6 and catch them

Why doesn't pal park work for my LeafGreen version but does work for emerald?
Ensure that you have followed all the correct steps to migrate: Have entered the Hall of Fame (at least once), Obtained the National Dex, and have delivered the Ruby and Sapphire item to Celio at the One Island Pokemon Center. After completing all these steps put the pokemon you want to migrate in the PC (remember they cannot have HM moves) and then save the game inside the Pokemon Center. Insert Leafgreen into your DS and load up the DS game you want to migrate with (for example Diamond). After pressing start on the title screen a menu option will appear saying "Migrate from Leafgreen" select this then follow the on-screen instructions. Remember that migrating can only occur once a day so to remedy this issue (if you want to migrate more than once a day) change the DS calendar to a new day and make sure to save Diamond after the time change. Also make sure that Diamond is saved at a Pokemon Center. Once everything's taken care of the migration should be complete and you can now visit the Pal Park where you can capture the migrated pokemon.
