Get a radio card, so you can use the radio. Go to the Snorlax outside Diglett Cave, and move the signal to the middle-top of the signal finder thing. It will play "PokéFlute." Then press A while facing the Snorlax and it wakes up, then you have to battle it. It's worth catching in my opinion, was it is level 50 and has Giga Impact as a move already. Catch or defeat it to make it go, then you can enter Diglett Cave. If you do not catch it but want to, it sometimes appears on the route to the right of the route you are already on. Then it is the battle again.

1: Go to the radio tower to get the flute (you use the flute to wake up the Pokemon)
2: Go to the snorlax and play the flute
3: Then click on the snorlax and then you battle him
PS: that is going to be the only snorlax you can battle in the wild

∙ 11y agoget the pokemon flute from mr. fuji after you rescue him from team rockets clutches. Then talk to snorlax. It will wake up and you will battle with it! I suggest catching it because it is the only way to get snorlax through the game except through trading.
