Get a radio card, so you can use the radio. Go to the Snorlax outside Diglett Cave, and move the signal to the middle-top of the signal finder thing. It will play "PokéFlute." Then press A while facing the Snorlax and it wakes up, then you have to battle it. It's worth catching in my opinion, was it is level 50 and has Giga Impact as a move already. Catch or defeat it to make it go, then you can enter Diglett Cave. If you do not catch it but want to, it sometimes appears on the route to the right of the route you are already on. Then it is the battle again.
