bring Relicanth and Wailord, and make sure your Pokemon knows how to use dig, fly, surf and dive, then you go to pacifidlog town and surf all the way to the left till you find a plce to dive, use dive and you arrived in the sealed chamber.
first go to a stone with writings on it then go to the surface, then go all the way to the front till you see another stone with markings on it then use dig.
then in the next chamber put your Relicanth in the altar first then goes Wailord.
