It doesn't matter how you organize your Pokemon cards. Some people organize theirs alphabetically. Others do it by type. There are probably a lot more ways to organize your Pokemon cards, so you decide which way is best for you.
at the right side you put down six cards (face down) 7 cards in your hand (so your opponent cant see them) 4 or under Pokemon in front of you (basics only please) and 1 basic card in front of those. (rest of cards face down in pile)
P.S there will be a pile of all the cards you cant use those are face up
