You have to find the studio. You have to go in the basement underneath Goldenrod City. If you take the entrance near the Name Rater, go down the stairs and enter the studio (you should see the Team Rocket grunt there). If you take the entrance near Bill's mom's house, after going down the stairs you have to walk up the hallway until the see the Team Rocket grunt.

∙ 10y agogo to the goldenrod tunnel, and go to the place where a guy normally takes your photo in team rocket uniform. go there and a team rocket member will give a uniform to you. go to the radio tower in goldenrod city and talk to the grunt blocking the stairs. he will let you in, then your rival will blow your cover. the grunt runs away, then you can go in.

∙ 11y agoIn goldenrod city there is a tunnel underground. Go to the tunnel and a team rocket guy will give you a suit so the Team Rocket Grunt will let you pass. As soon has that happens Rival (I call him Randell) will attack you.
