Hey, this question has been up for a while. Everytime I'd Google that same question, you'd come up. Now I've found something. :) When I had a mileyworld (It expired a while back) , people used to come into chats and send links to this website where you could make your own room and roleplay. I never remembered what it was called. But I met this girl on twitter and she sent me a link and asked me if I wanted to roleplay Disney stars. I hadn't done that in forever and I was super excited. The website is called chatzy. However, you have to either make your own room and invite other people who want to roleplay with you. Or get invited by someone who has made one. Because on chatzy you cannot just go to a room. You have to get a link. If you go to chatzy.com all that comes up is create your own chat. So its a little different from mileyworld, yes.
