Then he will call you some time i don't know when, but he will call you and tell you he made something called object arangment. He gives u objects and says you can put them down on places where they have space. Warning: You might not have rocks if u don't, exit, but do not turn off your DS. He will call u and say he made more objects soon. If you still don't have rocks, he'll keep on callin' you and saying he made more objects. Eventually, he will have rocks avalible.
