Start with the basics- You can do any or all of these things below to start out but basically you need to decide what kind of wedding you want, how long you have to plan it and what kind of wedding you can afford. Start thinking about colors, where you might wanna get married. Then you get some Harry Potter color themes like black brown and a whole bunch of kool-aid that's purple or red and say its a good potion! LOL! The first thing you should do is get in touch with your neighbors and find a day that will work for most of you to get together for a party. Most block parties, involve closing off the block from vehicle traffic. Therefore, you should make sure that your neighbors are fine with having this event.
