you need all 9 chambers at max tempo(the blue bar that goes up and down and changes to a lighter shade of blue thehigher the tempo at the left of the Pokemon),then put shadow lugia in. It's automatically ready to be purified. To get max tempo, you'll need what I call a battle circle. Kind of like fire Pokemon damages grass type Pokemon well, grass Pokemon damages water Pokemon well, water Pokemon damages rock Pokemon well, and rock Pokemon damages fire Pokemon well(which was our starting type)

∙ 12y agoPut it in the purify chamber with four other Pokemon make sure you get perfect tempo for that portion of the chamber, have the other sets in the chamber get perfect tempo (you don't need shadow Pokemon to do this) and then lugia will automatically be able to be purified choose it and purify it with the A button! Congratulations you have a Lugia!
