To activate your account you will need to visit https://premium.neopets.com/user/admin
Log in to your account, click on upgrade tab, then select the plan you wish to upgrade to. At the bottom click on the change service button, on the next page you will have to click on the box "Check here if you want to order your service with new Billing Information".
