There are 5 (2 in front, 1 on top and 2 rear bottom) screws holding the cover plate on the left side of the machine as you stand behind it holding the cover.
Take off the cover, depress the belt tensioner, and remove the old belt. Depress belt tensioner and install the new belt the same way the old one was installed. There is also a diagram on the inside of the cover.
