How do you save progress in Pokemon White 2?

That would depend on the game that you are playing. Killing yourself will let you save, In Orcarina of Time, you coud pause and press B. In Phantom Hourglass you would go to menu and tap save. Like I said it depends.

Go to your Menu by pressing X and then go down to Save and press A. Once your there it will ask you if you want to save the game. Press A for Yes. After that it will ask you if it is okay to overwrite the old saved file. Press A for Yes.
