you mean exceed summon? lets say for example you want to summon 39: Utopia, it requires 2 level four monsters, so you must have 2 NON TOKEN level four monsters and put the exceed monster on top of the 2 level 4 monsters. (they are no longer considered on the field, so reborn tengu wont get his effect if he is detached)

This takes practice. There is 2 ways of doing this, one of which is obvious and can clearly be detected by anyone who knows how. Both involving a "Fan" like shuffling. Most people do not know that they are allowed a "cut" after an opponent shuffles their deck and a stacker takes full advantage of this. If your opponent wears a low tilted hat with a rim (Baseball cap for example) or very dark tinted sun glasses and they constantly keep their head tilted downwards, they are stacking the deck. It is best to call a judge and ask them to watch how your opponent shuffles. If your opponent picks up your deck side ways to shuffle it, they are stacking you.

How to stack:

1. Pick up your opponents deck side ways so that the bottom of the deck is facing either Left or Right of you. It is recommended that you have the bottom facing the right because it is harder for your opponent to notice you stacking. Shuffle and fan out the deck ever so slightly so that you can see what cards are going to the top of the deck. Keep doing this until you get a good 3-4 cards that you don't want to see. In LS its Charges and JD's, in BW's is Whirlwinds and siroccos, In Glads its solemns, in synchro cats its spies and cold waves.

2. Cup the ENDS (top and bottom) of the deck. You know that your are doing it right because your hand is in the shape of a "V" Slide a few cards from the top (the stacked cards) to the bottom of the deck. It is also very important that you cup a few cards from the bottom of the deck so that when you place them down it wont be at the very bottom.

3. Hand your opponent back the deck. If he/she cuts the deck watch how they do it carefully. Then cut it right back into place.

If you shuffle the deck to the left (meaning bottom of deck is on your left, make sure the cards that you want them to have is on the bottom. (IE any deck with solemn should be at the top so you can DSF faster.) Then Palm those cards to the top.
