All you need to do is forget about that and catch giratina or another legendary
Jolteon is not one of the best electric type Pokemon considering the only thing good to teach it is an electric type move although you should teach it strategy moves along with an electric type move, moves like Toxic, Helping Hand would be good to teach it and Sand Attack.
Geodude learns Rock Smash by teaching it HM06 in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
Then that Pokemon cannot learn it. Only starter Pokemon can learn the ultimate move. No other Pokemon can learn them.
Not as far as I know and I've been playing it for a long time - Like since it came out You can teach pikachu/pichu Volt Tackle if one of the parents are holding it.
Yes, you can teach a Pokemon the move dig after it has forgotten it.
you cannot teach him volt tackle. I had a pikachu lv.100 and it never learned Volt tackle.
It is not possible. Pikachu with Volt Tackle can only be obtained through Battle Revolution, unless you can find someone with Volt Tackle already and breed it.
You can`t
easy just teach a Pokemon surf

rock or groundWell theirs a problem with that answer.Only GROUND beats ELECTRIC. And, you can teach most pokemon ground moves.Although, getting a ground pokemon is pretty usefull. Go to serebii.net, type your pokemon name in, and look at the TMs it can learn.Hope I helped!
Just like the other Pokemon games you can teach moves when Pokemon level up or by TM's and HM's which are machines containing various Pokemon moves such as Thunderbolt or Fireblast. You can even have a move tutor teach moves to your Pokemon where that person is i can't tell.
It is a powerful electric pokemon, with a relatively high attack and special attack stat. Like all pokemon, it has its flaws, with low defense and special defense. A Luxray can be more powerful if you teach it more electric TMs. It has great potential, unlike Richu, who peaks in power with Pikachu, or pacharisu, who is a single evolution. Plus, Luxray has the intimidate ability, which lowers the opponents attack stat. I hope this provides people with knowledge of this electric pokemon. Other electric pokemon are powerful too, but luxray is highly recommended because of his attack stats.
splash, tackle and flail in this order
