Go 2 lavender town and get the radio card then play the pokeflute station on the pokegear thanks to the radio card. then catch the snorlax outside digletts cave and go into the cave when you exit you are between Viridian and Pewter city. head 2 pallette town and when you get there you can acess route 21 which will lead 2 cinnanar. (but cinnabar is ruined thatnks to team rockets Jessie James and meowth as seen in the anime series so Blaine has moved to Seafoam islands which is just past cinnabar island
