you need to have beaten the elite four in your white. Then you go east of Nimbase city and you will find a lab where a man has made a transfer machine. Here you need a second DS. With the DS with white, you talk to the man. And with the DS with Soulsilver, you must go to the download option that is usually used to play multilayer games and the rest is self-explanatory

∙ 12y agoYou can't trade Pokemon from White TO SoulSilver. But if you mean SoulSilver to White, you can use the PokéShifter on Route 15 after beating the main storyline.

∙ 12y agoYou cant you need to go to the transfer lab and transfer the Pokemon and make sure they don't have anything held and don't know any HM moves

∙ 12y agoYou don't trade, you migrate. Once you trade a pokémon to pokemon white or black with poké transfer you can't trade it back.
