after beating Pokemon black, you get access to the poketransfer lab. from there, if you have 2 DS's, (with black in one system, and heartgold, or whichever game has your celebi) it will tell you in the game how to transsfer Pokemon over. you have to have at least six, you play a mini game to catch them, and if you don't catch them, it is ok, you can use the poketransfer as many times as you want, and the ones you don't catch will go back into sould silver, heart gold, platinum, etc.
