How do you transfer Pokemon from diamond to soul silver?

First you need to have the National Pokedex. This can be sucessfully obtained by completing the Sinnoh Pokedex. Once you finish the Sinnoh Pokedex, go to Prof. Rowans Lab. When he asks you if you want him to check your pokedex, tell him yes. When he exclaims that you have completed the entire Sinnoh Pokedex, Prof. Oak will come in. He will see you have finished the Sinnoh Pokedex, and will upgrade it with the National Pokedex. He explains he is here because he heard Pal Park opened. Bingo! That is your ticket in to transfering Pokemon. Pal Park is where you can transfer Pokemon from your older games (In your case, Emerald) to your newer, updated game Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. Pal Park is located on Route 221. (You can find it on your map. ) Once you visit there, It will be permanently known as an area you can from there on, Fly to. (So you don't have to do all that Surfing every time you want to visit it!) There you are allowed to pick 6 Pokemon from your old game to transfer to your new game.

you need 2 ds's, the 2 games in each, and a random Pokemon you don't want in diamond. you go to the union room in both, find each other, and trade the Pokemon you want to transfer, and the Pokemon you don't care about, and if you want, release the Pokemon you don't want afterwards.

You need two DS and both games then go to a Pokemon center on both games. On Diamond go up the escaletor on heart gold go up the stairs and talk to the first lady with a door on the left she will ask if you want to go into the union room and say yes and save both games will be in the union room and make one go up to talk to one and ask to trade make the other say yes and the trade will start.

you first go to your Pokemon battle revolution. then you go to storage and in the section you'll see copy Pokemon. click on it. then the wii will search for a ds Pokemon game. just turn on your ds and go on your Pokemon ds game and stop at the menu. after some time the menu will say connect to wii. click on that. then the wii will copy the pokemons in your game.ater copying the ds will shut off.the Pokemon in your game will still be there so don't worry. have a great time!!WARNING: do not use the same ds Pokemon game on the same profile or it won't copy. make a different profile and then you can do it.
