You can't trade, you have to use the poketranfer lab on route 15. But once you trade the Pokemon over to white or black that's it, you can't trade them back so be sure you want to transfer them over. Also your Pokemon cannot be holding items during the transfer for some wierd reason. Hope I helped this is luke127 signing off.
After you beat N in Plasma castle and the credits roll, start the game again and head to Route 15 (East from Nimbasa City), once you enter Route 15 stay north past the camper, a lady inside will trade you a Roton for a Ditto, which you probably don't ave yet, anyways, continue east up the stairs into the poketransfer station and the scientist inside will ask you to help him with his new invention. Your going to need a second DS with game you want to transfer from. Pearl, Diamond, Platinum, soulSilver or HeartGold all will work. Follow the in game instructions and transfer as many as you want. 2 exceptions: must transfer 6 at a time, and spiky ear pichu is not transferable, but if you have one you probably know that already because the Professor tells you this when you receive it.
Pokemon cannot know any HM moves or be holding any items when they are transfered.
First of all you need to finish the game as in defeat N then go to route 15 and go straight and up the stairs and there is the Pokemon transfer lab then talk to the scientists then you need 2 DS systems one with Pokemon black inserted and the other with soul silver then you can find out the rest
