In Pokemon pearl, diamond or platinum, you have to first defeat the Pokemon league in one of them. Then go to Sandgem town. Surf south, when you hit land head east until you find a big building. go inside and talk to the builder at the counter. He will reset your game back to the title menu. (You must catch at least 6 Pokemon in the game you want to transfer the Pokemon from). Plug the GBA cartridge into the GBA slot on the DS lite (not DSi). Start your Pokemon game (Pearl, Diamond or Platinum). It should say MIGRATE on your main menu the game click on it.
