∙ 12y agoYou cannot migrate or transfer Shadow Lugia over to Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen or Emerald. You will have to purify the Shadow Lugia using the Purification Chamber and then you will be able to send it to Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen or Emerald.

∙ 12y agowell there is no shadow lugia but u can change it into a shiny lugia if u get action replay. sometimes when you see Pokemon they are shiny which just means different colors then originally.
