there asnt really a code for that but i have a good code its 94000130 fdff0000 b21c4d28 00000000 b0000004 00000000 94000130 feff0000 00000890 01e0001 with this code will give u 493 master ball and thers 493 Pokemon to get dialga u would toss 10 ball away to get dialgas number from the pokedex his number is 483 u can do this with any Pokemon but u have to get the same number of as its number in the pokedex u RUN in the grass holding L and theres your Pokemon. L and R to activate this is how i got all the Pokemon. u also should get the code for 100% pokedex.

Just go on Code junkies and click on Saves and Codes type in your pokemon game and all the cheat codes will be there.
