Err NO!!!!

It depends on what the effect actually 'is'. If the effect specifically responds to another action, like a negation effect, then it is a Quick Effect and can be activated at (almost) any time during your turn, and again during the opponent's turn. If it waits for something to happen and then automatically does something, then it is a Trigger, which is spell speed 1 but will activate at any time, when the condition is met. So it can activate at almost any point in your turn, and again, in the opponent's too. If the effect specifically says that it can be used in the opponent's turn, this by default is a spell speed 2 ability and can be activated at almost any time in either turn. But finally if the effect has none of the above, then it is just a regular Ignition Effect which can only be activated in your own Main Phases. Being 'once per turn' alone does not tell you what type of effect it is, or when it can be used. Once per turn Ignition Effects are actually 'once per YOUR turn', and cannot be used in the opponent's turn either.

how to get closed caption on dynex tv
To read the words of a televised speech accurately, you can turn on closed captioning if available. This feature displays the spoken words as text on the screen in real-time. If closed captioning is not an option, you can also search online for a transcript of the speech, which is often provided by the broadcaster or speaker.
If by "texts" you mean Closed Captioning, you simply have to turn that feature on with your TV.
To enable HDMI closed captioning on your TV, first ensure that your TV and HDMI device support this feature. Then, navigate to the settings menu on your TV, locate the closed captioning or subtitles option, and select the HDMI input you are using. Turn on the closed captioning feature and adjust settings as needed for your preference.
If you're watching the video on your computer, you can turn closed captioning on and off via the speech bubble icon near the right of the controls that appear across the bottom of the window when you point there. On iPhone and iPod touch, Select iPod in General Settings and scroll down to the Video section. On iPad look for the switch in Video in General Settings.
It sounds like closed captioning might be turned on. If you don't use this, turn it off by using the on screen menu, or you might have a button on your remote that says 'CC'.
Cartoon network is owned by Time Warner and in turn by TBS.
To turn off subtitles on Vimeo, start by playing the video you want to watch. Look for the "CC" (closed captioning) icon or the settings gear icon in the video controls. Click on it, and you should see an option to disable subtitles or select "Off." This will turn off the subtitles for that video.
