Barty crouch Jr, Lucius malfoy, Tom riddle ect.) you get to dumbledores office by going to the grand staircases and going all the way to the top until you reach the entrance to his office ( a bird which you WiLe to make stairs roll up)

You have to beat all the years and go back to her class room. There is a big white door - then go through it. You will see a garden (you will also find Fleur on the way. She is in the trunk with the lock). Go to the building that has the Hufflepuff (yellow and black), then you can walk around the building. Break the glass bottle in front of you and you will have unlocked Professor Sprout's icon.
