u need to have the Azure Flute. U can get it by using Action Replay, u don't have to go to a Nintendo event. heres the code if u have AR:

put that in ur AR & in the game press L+R, then go inside a pokemart and talk to the guy in there that you've never seen before. He gives u the Flute. You have to either have an action replay there is no possible way to get arceus without a nintendo event or ar like he said he listed the ar code up there

∙ 15y agoBeat the Elite Four and the Champion, then make sure you catch at least 60 Pokémon. Go to Prof.Oak and talk to him, he should give you the National Dex. You can visit the Seven Sevii islands,by going and talking to Celio. But to visit Islands 8 and 9, you must go to Nintendo Events to download Mystic and Aurora Tickets. But if you have a Gameshark or Action Replay and are willing to cheat a little then use the codes below: But please note that once you put in the code, walk through a door, and you will reach the Islands 8/9, but then take out your cheating device to prevent further warps. Please ENSURE that.

∙ 12y agoFirst,you go to any Pokemon mart.Answer the questionaire next to the counter and put 'link together with all'.The clerk will give you access to Mystery Gift.Save the game.Mystery should now be on the Main Menu.

then save you game shut it down make sure you have a wireless adapter and another Pokemon game and another game boy and do the same with your other game hook the wireless adaptor up then clik mystery gift and the gift will be jarachi and aurora tickit and eon ticket
