Ok first of all get an action replay pearl and diamond have a cheat called complete pokedex whick totally completes it BEWARE:If you do this before you meet professer oak and he dosent tell about the birds you can`t get them I made this mistake!!!

∙ 12y agoYou have to see every Pokemon in the Sinnoh region. When you talk to the professor, professor Oak will show up and give you the national pokedex.
