Unlocking the Pokémon Tanoby key is simple but deceptive. This puzzle requires the strength HM; first push the middle boulder into the top hole. Next push the boulders that were next to the center boulder the same way you pushed the middle one (you can stand on the holes next to them to push them inwards) and push them into the top left and right holes one after the other, next push the bottom two boulders against the walls and hop over the ledge to push them up into a hole each, and finally the last two boulders are very simple push them up and into a hole each, completing the puzzle.
