Go to solecean town, or if you don't have fly yet for some strange reason, simply ride your bike there. Now, on your watch, go to the marking map app. Simply ride back and forth from the route underneath the town, to the town.
The best and fastest way to capture the Pokemon is to simply stand at the place where solecean town turns into route whatever.
Now, when the Pokemon goes underneath hearthrome city or if it goes under socelean town, simply go to it. How ever, if you are in socelean town, you won't be able to as it might move to far away.
To catch one of the Pokemon that appear on your marking map ( Mersprite or Cresselia ) when you are in the same place as the Pokemon, use the circle mark. I don't know if any of the other marks will work. However, use the circle mark for the first couple of times. Place the mark on the Pokemon then go into some place that Pokemon normally appear. Now either run or walk to the Pokemon ( I suggest you run )
There are three Pokemon that you can get using this method. You could get Mersprite ( the battle music will change as all you hear at first is nothing), Cresselia ( the battle music will stay the same, you will just have to wait and see ) or whatever Pokemon that is in this area.
BUT WAIT!!!! WHAT'S THIS?!?!?! When you attack the Pokemon, it will flee. Don't worry. The next time you see it, it's health will be down to how it was when you last encountered it. I have heard rumors that you should use a nest ball. It captures Pokemon that are weaker than the Pokemon that you are using. I don't know if that works. However, I do know that a ultra ball seems to have no affect on it just a garintina.
I have lowerd Garintina and Mersprites' health all the way down to one before. However, a master ball doesn't seem to work on them. For Garintina, it simply wiggles twice and then comes back out to say hello. For Mersprite, it seems to laugh at you and in one or no wiggles will pop back out.
