Keep it in your inventory just in case a random event happens where the Pant Devil tries to steal one of your items, it may, and most likely will go for the attractor. It will not attract the Pant Devil to your inventory, however, but it is good if you have a lot of precious rare items in your inventory you do not want to loose. Though, i do suggest just putting them in your SDB( safety deposit box) because in there, nothing can really harm them.
