Dark End Dragon is not in a set as such, it is a Shonen Jump Prizecard, awarded at Shonen Jump Championship events.
It is ShojoS@yahoo.com
Recently they came out with a new special short film shown at the Jump Festa titled Dragon Ball: Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!!. This is the closest thing to a new dbz episode out. Most likely out of popularity they will continue making short movie. However no more episodes as far as I know.

Shonen Jump is for T 13+ Shonen Jump Advanced is fro T 16+
Yes Dragon Ball Z is completely finished and so is Dragon Ball GT. Dont think they're going to make anymore after this. Dragon Ball AF is fake so dont listen to anyone saying Dragon Ball is going to be continued in Dragon Ball AF --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dragon Ball Z is completely finished. Dragon Bal GT that succeeded DBZ* is not an official shonen jump successor but was promoted by DBZ artist and creator Akira Toriyama. DBGT however was from official Toei Animation studio, therefore was considered a sequel to DBZ. Dragon Ball AF is neither promoted by Toriyama nor is from Toei Animation studio. Its a fan art and doesn't qualify as a sequel to DBZ or DBGT.
see what u have to do is do a summersault and then jump n try hitting the opponent
it's simple if you think about it. you jump on the chains and climb from one to one. then you get off at the last one. walk over pull a lever on the dragon's base. it will go to sleep and you will shoot the ice arrow into the dragon's mouth. you do this three times. the dragon will get angry and jump up and down. then it will fall. (Hint: avoid the spikey ball that falls from the dragon's tail)
how to jump
He is only in a Japanese special edition known as "Dragon Ball Z 2 V" given out through a contest with "V-Jump magazine". In all other versions (which I assume is 99% of them) he is not a playable character.
It is possibly for a jump ball to be re done, but it has to be in emergency situations for example, when they do the jump ball and the lights go out, they will redo the jump.
a ball can't jump
