Achilles and Hector fought with each other when Hector killed Achilles' friend Patroclus, and Achilles won the bet Hector asked. Hector placed a curse on Achilles, and Achilles stabbed his feet, then dragged him around town to show he won. Achilles dragged the corpse of Hector around the city walls.

If you're asking how Achilles treated Hector then i would tell you that Achilles did not act like a true Greek hero toward his Trojan counterpart. Hector asked before Achilles and he went to battle each other that they would honorably treat the others remains. Achilles refused and did the most dishonorable thing. He dragged Hectors lifeless body around Troy with his chariot for days after their battle.

Achilles pierced Hector's feet and strapped him to Achilles' chariot, dragged him back to the ships, and every morning dragged the body around the funeral mound of Patroclus. So treated, and left outdoors, Hector's corpse would have quickly deteriorated, but the gods protected it from defilement. It should be noted that Zeus, in the first place, allowed this mistreatment of Hector.
