He is just a natural born stud that can pull off any character that he plays. :D more seriously, part of it is practice. He's been acting regularly since he was at least 19 years old. If you watch Stuart Little you can hear his American accent in a less perfect stage of maturation. Plus as a Brit he, like all Brits, grew up in a country that is much more attuned to accents than America is (thus many Americans are taken be surprise that his accent is better than theirs). all of this plus of course pure genius.

Yes, he was born in Glasgow. But him&his family emigrated. Yup, he sure is... Him & his family moved to the US when he was 8, and to cut a long story short, he was bullied at school cos of his accent, so he got the lessons to get the good 'ol American accent! But when he's around his mum and dad he still uses the Scot's man accent. And before you ask, I'm not a J.B FREAK(lol) I just watched a documentary... However, he is really H-O-T!!!!!!!!! XD
I thought I was the only one who wondered the same thing. He looks awfully darker than "Puffin." If it is it would be cool though. Keith seems to be a very nice man and good brother to Hugh Hefner.

I think Jeremy Irons or Hugh Laurie look like a good Vimes.
Hugh_Laurie">Hugh LaurieNOT! There is an older version of the song done by Memphis Slim. Check iTunes. Whether he wrote it, that I can't tell you, but it wasn't Hugh Laurie. But Hugh did do a good version of it.

They are curious about how her personality might affect her son's behavior
as fake as kim k's body (Kinda rude) also as fake as Tom Holland's American accent. (nicer)
A good nickname for the name Laura could be Lulu or Rory.
In the United States there are many "American " accents, so I am not sure what an American accent you ask about is. If the discrimination is in the United States it is illegal to hire on outside factors rather than experience or education. It could be you have a thick accent that makes it hard to understand you and the jobs you are applying for require good speaking skills. I have called a business and the person who answers the call I can't understand because of an accent. I would suggest that you work on your English to help you.
It really doesn't matter. Native English speakers (American and English) will be far more impressed if you have a good vocabulary and good use of grammar than if you have perfected a particular accent. As a native English speaker, I tend to assume that people who speak English as a foreign language adopt the accent of their teacher, or of the area that they learnt English in.
