Well Percy obviously gets older,maturer and he also shows more and more feelings for Annabeth. He finds out his feeling are more then friendly in book:3 when he has a discussion with Aphorodite, Goddess of Love.

∙ 14y agoWell, to make a long story short, Luke and his army are searching for an entrance to Camp Half-Blood through Daedalus's labyrinth. Percy, Annabeth, Grover, and Tyson enter the labyrinth to stop them. Grover seems to find Pan, and Tyson goes with him. Percy and Annabeth find Nico. Percy figures out that a mortal who can see through the Mist would help them get through. He enlists Rachel Elizabeth Dare. She lieads them to Daedalus's workshop, where Daedalus unfortunately has already given Luke the string. They track him down, and Percy watches Kronos enter Luke's body. Rachel throws her hairbrush at him, and for a second, enough to make Annabeth hopeful, Luke becomes himself again.
